Winter Nights, Muddy Trails & Mountain Bike Magic!

Welcome to the very first of our (delightfully) irregular blogs!

We know the struggle: dark nights, soggy trails, and the temptation to binge box sets while demolishing a family-sized bag of crisps. But why settle for crumbs when you could be out riding, laughing, and shaping the future of mountain biking with us?

What’s Coming Up?

DMBins – 24th November | 6:30–8:30pm | Dalbeattie

Have Your Say!
Join the New Workshops to help shape the future of mountain biking. We’ll explore what’s working, what needs a tweak, and how we can make biking even better. The more voices we have, the more power we wield to create real change. Let’s make it happen!

Pie & Pints – 28th November

Who doesn’t love a pie and a pint? Or maybe a pie and two pints…
Come along for bike chat, epic crash stories, Strava bragging rights, and—let’s be honest—some random nonsense as the night goes on.

Behind the Scenes

The Ae Team also has on our radar:

  • 20th November: Attending Ae Land Management consultation at Ae Community Hall
  • Reviewing the FLS trail-building agreement (Lots of paperwork = Trails!)

Looking Ahead

Our next meeting is 8th December, where we’ll discuss next year’s events and kids’ activities. Plus, we’re dreaming big: reinstate our lost trails and build new ones!
The FLS agreement is key, and we’re working hard to turn ideas into reality. We hope to reveal soon how you can get fit for spring by building sustainable trails together.

Want to Help?

There’s loads going on, and we’d love your input. Drop us a message, lend a hand, and let’s make this winter one to remember!
